CX MOBILE VERSION 2.8

FEATURES​

This release added Search capability to multiple views and included a new My Profile view as well as easily accessible version and build information.

  • A Search field has been added to the Customer Comments, Highlights, and Lowlights views. To access the Customer Comments view, tap See More on the Customer Comments widget on the Management Dashboard. To access the Highlights and Lowlights views, select Highlights & Lowlights in the main menu and tap See All next to either Highlights or Lowlights. Enter your search criteria in the Search field at the top of any of these views to filter the view.

Profile:​

  • The My Profile view provides information about the currently logged in user. You can see information such as the user name, user ID, and role. To access this view, expand the main menu by tapping the top left corner and select My Profile.

Additional Enhancements:​

  • Your list of projects are displayed in the sort order specified during setup. If no order is specified, then projects are displayed in alphabetical order.
  • The Corporate Pulse view has been renamed to Highlights & Lowlights.
  • The ConcentrixCX Mobile version and build number are visible in the main menu. Select the main menu and swipe right to view the client and selected project. At the bottom of this view, you will see the version (e.g. 2.8.1) and build (e.g., 7).
