ENHANCEMENTS​

  • Updated filtering enhancements have been made to improve user’s ability to analyze feedback. Now available in the CONCENTRIXCX Mobile filtering drawer is the ability to filter by custom date. Users can select the start/end dates and apply custom date filters to their reporting views.
