ENHANCEMENTS​

  • Several enhancements to the Mobile App filtering drawer have been released to enable users the full suite of filtering capabilities available in the CONCENTRIXCX desktop application.
  • Advanced filters are now available in the Mobile app filtering drawer enabling the ability for users to create custom queries.
  • The ability to create Favorite filters and access Favorites created in the desktop application are now available in CONCENTRIXCX Mobile.
