Using the link provided by your administrator, login to the CX survey tool. Once in the platform, navigate to the top left of your screen and select the ‘New Survey’ to begin your next custom survey.

Create a Survey from Scratch​

  • The survey builder has pre-made templates ready to customize for your questions. However, to create a survey from scratch, hover over the top left of your screen and select the ‘Start Survey from scratch’ tab.

  • Once in the scratch survey builder, you have the option of what type of question you would want to create.

  • By selecting the ‘Add Question’ tab in the center of your screen, you will automatically choose the ‘Red Button Group’ template. The Radio Button Group questions is a multiple-choice question. To choose a different type of question, navigate to the icons on the left of your screen to find the appropriate survey question template.
